So, remember to breathe. When we feel the need to analyze, dissect, plan and weigh the pros and cons in everything that we do, we hinder ourselves from living in the moment. It is worth the effort to overcome these difficulties, change your thinking and live a worry free life! If you can trust your ability to handle any outcome, decision making becomes much more simple and you can kick the habit of over overthinking!
